policy

Effective 26 August 2026

1. What we collect. When you contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address and the contents of your message. The Site itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How we use it. Solely to respond to your message, to continue the conversation you started, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

3. Sharing. Shared only with service providers acting on our behalf (for example, email and website hosting) and professional advisors as needed, or where required by law.

4. Retention. Correspondence is kept as long as needed for the purposes above, then deleted.

5. Your rights. Depending on where you live — including under the CCPA/CPRA in California and the GDPR in the European Union — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, or to object to its processing. Write to mail@arubhardwaj.com and we will respond.

6. Applications. The applications built by ARU LLC have their own privacy notices, presented in the app and at the store listing. This policy covers the Site only.

7. Changes. We may update this policy; the effective date above will be updated when we do.
